We will determine the division in which your painting will be judged (See Rule 1). Your work will automatically be additionally judged for the Joyce Chaffin Memorial Award, and, if you are under 25 the work will additionally be judged for the Youth Award. IN ADDITION TO COMPLETING THIS FORM PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR DICS/CD IS CLEARLY MARKED WITH YOUR NAME, AND THE TITLE S OF THE IMAGES (See rule 7) AND HAS BEEN CHECKED FOR VIRUSES Please enclose a cheque/postal order for the appropriate entry fees and special delivery charge is required, crossed and made payable to "P.A.W.S." No cash through the post, please and we regret that payment by credit card cannot be accepted. The
entry fees are £8 for one painting, £13 for two paintings or £18 for three
paintings. (see
Rule 9 for
reductions for submission to the Computer Art division) There
is NO ENTRY FEE for PAWS CLUB MEMBERS, who may enter up to three original
paintings in the media divisions AND up to three images of Computer Art. If
applying for (or renewing) Club membership when submitting your entry, please
complete the club membership form as well as this form, and enclose both with
your entries
and a cheque or postal order for the membership fee. The entry fees indicated
above are NOT required for PAWS Club members.
